Choose the daily life you want.
The bay gives you a starting point; the exact address shapes your everyday routine. Think about beach access, shopping and journeys into town alongside the home itself.
- Dadonghai
- Beach walks, restaurants and city life close together. Start here if being able to head out on foot matters to you.
- Sanya Bay
- A long seafront with access to the city. Compare the urban end with addresses farther along the coast: the same bay can mean very different journeys.
- Yalong Bay
- An established resort setting. Look at access to everyday shops and the trip into central Sanya as well as the beach.
- Haitang Bay
- Large resorts and duty-free shopping spread along the coast. Check the journeys between a prospective home, shops and work.
New homes and resale homes tell different stories.
In August 2026, Sanya’s new-home price index was unchanged from July, while its resale index fell. Both remained below a year earlier, with a larger annual decline in the resale market.
These citywide indices describe price movements. For an individual house or apartment, compare the location, condition, layout and building management with other homes you are considering.

Compare what you will actually live with.
For a new development
Ask what is already completed, what the finish includes and when the home will be ready. Compare the home being offered with what you see in the show apartment.
For a resale home
Look at the actual rooms, shared areas and any renovation work. Check lifts, parking, management charges and the route from the building to the beach or shops.
