How submissions work

You send the facts
Share enough detail for people to understand when, where and how to join.
We check the listing
Event facts, image rights and anything unclear will be reviewed before publication.
Approved events appear
A free editorial listing may be edited for clarity and translation.

Submitting an event will not guarantee publication or paid placement. Sponsored content will always be labelled.

How we use your submission

三亚和洲咨询有限公司 (Sanya Expats) uses the event details, organizer name and contact, and optional image to review the event, contact you if needed, and prepare an approved listing. The submission is stored in Supabase and processed through Cloudflare using systems outside mainland China. Unaccepted private submission data is normally deleted within 180 days; approved public facts and images may be retained while the listing is used.

Do not include passport or ID numbers, payment details, health information, or other sensitive personal information. Read the Privacy Notice.
