The current site contains clearly labelled sample content used to test layouts. Preview event and venue records are fictional, are not recommendations and should not be treated as live listings.
The Help and factual correction forms send private email after the required privacy consent. Event submissions enter a private review queue and do not create a public listing until Sanya Expats separately approves and publishes them. The partnership form remains a non-sending preview.
Use of the guide
Published information is intended to help people discover events, places and practical resources. Dates, availability, prices, access conditions and venue details can change. Users should confirm material details with the identified organizer or source before travelling, booking or paying.
Sanya Expats is an independent community guide and is not affiliated with the Sanya municipal government or Sanya Tourism Board. It should not be treated as an official government, legal, immigration, medical or emergency-information service.
Event submission rules
By submitting an event, the submitter confirms that:
- they are authorized to submit the information;
- factual event details are accurate;
- Sanya Expats may edit text for clarity and translation;
- they grant permission to display promotional images they provide; and
- they will notify Sanya Expats of material changes or cancellation.
Organizer contact details remain private unless the organizer separately agrees to public display. To request an update, cancellation or takedown, use the Help or correction form.
Editorial and commercial clarity
Submitting information should not guarantee publication, ranking or endorsement. Sanya Expats may edit, decline, update or remove a listing to protect accuracy, relevance, safety and the usefulness of the guide.
Free editorial coverage and paid promotion should remain distinguishable. Sponsored placements must be labelled plainly and should not buy undisclosed influence over editorial recommendations.
Text, images and third-party rights
Contributors must provide facts in their own words and must not submit material they do not have permission to share. Uploaded images remain private during review and are published only after Sanya Expats checks their rights information.
Names, logos, maps, booking systems and linked services may belong to third parties and remain subject to their own terms.

We reserve our rights in Sanya Expats’ original editorial text, graphics and website design. We do not claim ownership of underlying facts or third-party material.
You are welcome to share links to our pages. Except where permitted by law or an applicable licence, ask for written permission before reproducing, republishing or adapting our protected content, including to clone the site using AI or automated tools. Request permission through our Help form.
Third-party photographs, posters, logos, maps, fonts and software remain subject to their owners’ rights and licences. Follow the credits and licence terms shown with each item; our permission does not cover material we do not own.
Additional terms under review
Additional provisions on prohibited use, suspension, warranties, liability allocation, disputes, governing law and formal notices remain subject to owner decisions and legal review. Material changes will be dated and shown before they apply to new submissions.
