What to know
The Wuzhishan Rainforest Cycling Challenge adds two more accessible, non-qualifying rides on 13 December. MINIFONDO is an 18 km fun ride for ages 12–65; MEDIOFONDO follows a longer route toward Maona Village, with age groups for riders aged 16–65. The organizer says entry is open regardless of nationality or residence.
Registration costs CNY 30 for MINIFONDO or CNY 99 for MEDIOFONDO, with optional bike rental at CNY 50. Registration closes at 12:00 on 10 December or earlier if capacity is reached. The ride start and wave times are not yet published. Online information is bilingual, but onsite briefing and service languages are not confirmed.

March 3 Square is the public square on Guangchang Road in Tongshi, beside Wuzhishan Municipal Government. Cycling events start and finish here, including the UCI Gran Fondo qualifier on the Wuzhishan Rainforest Sky Road and shorter recreational rides open to international riders.
